CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the complex nature of this experience, payment is taken in full at the time of booking. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance to receive all your money back. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, you will receive no money back, but we will credit it to a future (within the next calendar year) booking. Canceled flights, insane weather conditions, and acts of God will be will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

All outdoor experiences require a release of liability waiver to be signed. We do our best to accommodate everyone but please understand this is a physical activity and will require that you are able to kneel down for loading in the boat. We provide all safety gear, and paddling instructions. This experience is offered in conjunction with our friends at Napa Valley Paddle. Feel free to reach out to them for rentals.
